  Expansion stage

Employees: huge increase in the number of employees Product / Service: growth through new products / services.
Potential acquisition of other companies (build up strategy). International expansion.
Financing: Expansion Capital or replacement capital. Venture capital or industry investor financing.
Management: SME must develop large-company procedures and methodology
